I am a Research Assistant for Prof. Simon Dymond, working on the UK Veterans Health and Gambling Study. This study examines gambling attitudes and behaviour, mental health, and healthcare utilisation in Armed Forces veterans and non-veterans from the UK and Northern Ireland.

I am also completing a PhD thesis entitled: Gambling on Civvy Street: Assessing the Impact of Gambling-related Problems on UK Armed Forces Veterans and Their Families.

My Master’s thesis focussed on the role of procrastination and perfectionism in CBT.

My research interests include: gambling disorder, addictive behaviours, veterans’ mental health, epidemiology, motivation, procrastination, perfectionism.
