I qualified with distinction as a Clinical Psychologist during 1987. I have worked as a clinician for most of my career in various hospital and university settings, including for more than 20 years as a Consultant Neuropsychologist & Head of Service for an NHS brain injury service. My clinical work primarily entails neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation of adults with various forms of acquired brain injury, including traumatic brain injury, stroke and brain infections. My work also involves clinical leadership, strategy, service development, supervision, and mentoring of colleagues. I am on the Specialist Register of the Division of Neuropsychology, British Psychological Society, and registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Health & Care Professionals Council.
