  • SHBM04 Resource Management: Improvement Science, Quality and Governance

    The aim of this module is to provide a critical understanding of quality improvement and improvement science in healthcare. The module focuses on the skills required to design, measure, communicate and evaluate improvement programmes within the workplace. The module is designed to develop problem solving skills and promote an evidence approach to improving healthcare systems and processes.
