About

Dr Andy Harvey is a professional and interdisciplinary scholar with a track record of undertaking research within expected time frames and producing high quality scholarly and business publications. He has extensive relevant experience inside and outside of academia.

His recent work includes an impact assessment of research into match-fixing in professional football as part of a future REF submission. In addition to original research into match-fixing he has also published on inclusion and anti-discrimination in sport. He has taught international sports business modules at undergraduate level and supervised dissertations at Masters level international football industry executive education and in psychosocial studies. He has worked as a consultant with a number of football-related organisations, including FIFPro, the PFA, the FA, and UEFA.
