About

Neil is the Director of Schools Partnership for the Swansea University. In this role he works with schools across south Wales and is responsible for the governance of the partnership and the development and delivery of the Initial Teacher Education programme. Previously, Neil was the Director and Principal of the International College Wales Swansea and led on all aspects of the student journey from recruitment, admission and enrolment to student and academic study experience. For over 25 years he has worked in various roles in higher education, initially as a Senior Lecturer in Geographical Information Systems. He has published a range of research articles and co-authored a book on the application of geostatistics software.

As well as this, Neil has been a reviewer for the UK Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education providing education oversight for a range of public and private sector establishments.
