Sports Ethics & Integrity: Theory into Practice

Ethics and integrity issues in sport are highlighted throughout the sports world. Here in the UK we are taking leading steps in our understanding and responses to integrity threats.

But what does it mean for athletes and organisations to promote sport with integrity?

Our third Winter conference on Sport Integrity showcases speakers who have developed the ethics and integrity agenda across the UK and international sporting landscape.

We have organised the following speakers to attend:

Tim Naylor - Director of Integrity and Regulation, British Horseracing Authority

Peter Nicholson - Head of Investigations, Athletics Integrity Unit of the IAAF, and Ethics Commissioner, International Cricket Council

Matthew Perry - Head of Education, Tennis Integrity Unit

Annamarie Phelps CBE - Vice Chair, British Olympic Association, Chair British Horseracing Authority

Prof Nicola Phillips - Wales Chef du Mission 2018 Commonwealth Games

Catherine Pitre - Head of Case Management, Sport Resolutions UK

Further to a successful events in 2017 and 2018, the conference, organised jointly by Sport Wales and Swansea University with the support of Loosemore's Solicitors, will continue to explore the emerging agenda on ethics and integrity, with highly respected leaders in the field.
