Les Mills are pioneers in group fitness, with their instructor led classes including GRIT STRENGTH, GRIT CARDIO and BODYPUMP making up a core part of the fitness timetable at the International Sports Village.

At Sport Swansea, our members are our number one focus, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve their fitness journeys. So, this September, we are expanding our fitness timetable by launching new Les Mills virtual classes, a unique offering in Swansea, boosting our ISV Group Fitness Timetable 2019 to over 100 classes a week!

Les Mills virtual classes are pre-recorded, cinematic quality versions of live classes and will be played in the new virtual studio in the International Sports Village, accompanied by high energy music and atmosphere enhancing lights.

We recognise that the way we exercise is evolving; we want variety and we want to work out at a time that suits us and with our new timetable, members have the opportunity to do this with a range classes, both live and virtual, taking place throughout the day from 6am-9pm. See below for the classes being added to the timetable from September.

The wellbeing benefits of group exercise are massive both physically and mentally, so this is an exciting addition to Sport Swansea’s portfolio, with classes perfect for those starting out on their fitness journey as well as those wanting to enhance their training schedule.

Body Combat

This martial arts inspired workout will help you towards achieving total fitness. It is a high energy, non-combat session led by a top level Les Mills instructor. 

CXWORX

Body Balance

Combining yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, Body Balance is the perfect class to help improve your mind, body and soul. Suitable for all levels, you will master stretches and help restore balance in your busy day.

RPM
