Greenland world record attempt supported by Swansea tracking device

Walesonline reports that final preparations are being made by a team of Welsh adventurers attempting the first ever unsupported crossing of the Greenland ice cap by an amputee. The expedition, which is raising money for forces charity Help for Heroes, also includes Swansea GP Meinir Jones and Richard Morgan and will be supported by a medical team in Wales and tracked by researchers from Swansea University.
