CHERISH-DE brings together industry and researchers to drive forward innovation

UK Digital Economy Crucible, a nationwide researcher leadership development programme, brought together a host of industry who gave talks and engaged in industry challenges with Crucible participants. The Crucible participants are emerging early career researchers from different disciplines and universities across the UK.

The programme nurtures the future leaders and strengthens the digital economy researcher community who will contribute to shaping future product, services and policy. The event also provided intensive grant writing workshop for the participants and worked on developing personal strategic plan. The cohort will re-group in London to look at achieving impact through policy shaping, exploiting research for commercial purposes and researcher wellbeing.
