Careers in Research Online Survey - CROS
The Careers in Research Online Survey (CROS) is run biennially and gathers anonymous data about working conditions, career aspirations and career development opportunities for research staff and research leaders in higher education institutions.
The survey provide valuable data and benchmarking for measuring progress in implementation of the Concordat, achieving and maintaining the HR Excellence in Research Award and Athena Swan.
Swansea University participated in the 2019 Careers in Research Online Survey (CROS). 27% of research staff completed the survey. Thank you for your engagement with the survey. Full UK results have now been published and the results from the Swansea survey will be used to plan activity over the next 2 years.
