Swansea University proudly holds the European Commission HR Excellence in Research Award in recognition of our commitment to support the Career Development of Research Staff. The award was first attained by the University in 2010 and renewed in January 2013, January 2015, January 2017 and June 2019.
As part of our commitment to our research staff, we implement the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Research Staff. This includes having a policy and action plan outlining our commitments and enhancements.
