Swansea University presents Swansea Science Festival 2019, family weekend 26-27 October 2019, followed by fringe festival

Fringe Festival

The Fringe Festival will run from the 30th October - 1st November at various locations around the city

For the first time this ever, the Fringe Festival will take over the Uplands area in Swansea and venues in the city, with a varied mix of exhibitions, certain to engage and entertain even first time scientists.  With live performances from the musical mathematician Kyle Evans (who’s joining us hot off the heels of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival) comedian, writer & broadcaster Robin Ince who will be providing the laughs and Lizzie Daly delving into the world of X-rated science, all bases are covered. Why not discover the secrets behind witches’ potions, join the CSI team after hours in a Museum’s atmospheric galleries to uncover a murder mystery and witness a live radio play recording following the journey of a leading NASA scientist during the 50th Anniversary of the moon landing! We’ve got enough to tickle everyone’s tastebuds!
