The Commission on Devolution in Wales (Silk Commission) has been established to review the present financial and constitutional arrangements in Wales. Having already published its first report on fiscal powers, the Commission has now commenced work on Part II of its remit, reviewing the powers of the National Assembly for Wales. As such, this seminar provides a timely contribution to the debate surrounding the legislative competency of the National Assembly for Wales.

To be followed by a panel discussion chaired by Professor R Gwynedd Parry (Professor of Law and Legal History and Co-Director of the Hywel Dda Research Institute).
