Your ID Card collection time and venue will depend on your course start date and whether you are living in university accomodation. Please see the information below to find out when and where you should collect your ID Card.
If you are attending Bay or Singleton Library please note that ID Card Collection is only available at these venues between 3pm and 5pm, Monday- Friday. This is in order to comply with Covid 19 regulations. Please see our opening hours for information about when other library services are available.
Students starting before 15th September: Students in College of Human and Health Sciences(CHHS), School of Medicine, Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law (HRCSoL)
Students in CHHS, Medicine and Law (except LPC) starting courses before 15th September will be able to collect ID cards from Singleton Park Library from Tuesday, 1st September at 3pm-5pm. Hours thereafter will be Monday-Friday, 3pm-5pm only.
Students studying at St David's Park campus will be able to collect ID cards from the St David's Park reception on Mondays and Thursdays, 10am-2pm.
LPC students will receive their ID/Library card when they collect their course manuals from HRCSoL.
Student starting after 15th September AND living in University accommodation (except Beck House)
Students starting courses after 15th September and living in University accommodation at Hendrefoelan, Singleton Campus and Bay Campus will receive their ID/Library cards at their University accommodation.

Students starting after 15th September AND living in private accommodation or at Beck House
Students starting courses after 15th September and living in private accommodation or in University accommodation at Beck House will collect their ID/Library cards from Singleton Park Library or Bay Campus Library, according to where their College or School is located (see below). Please note that ID Card Collection is only available at these venues between 3pm to 5pm, Monday- Friday, commencing Monday 14th September.
