Swansea University’s College of Human and Health Sciences has played host to two visitors from North Sichuan Medical College (NSMC) in China.
Professor Hongyan Kou and Professor Keqin Hu spent time at Swansea University this week as part of a visit arranged by Swansea University’s International Development Office.
While at the College they met with Catherine Williams, Programme Director for Adult Nursing, Professor John Gammon, Deputy Head of College and Paul Nash and Charles Musselwhite from the Centre for Innovative Ageing.
Cecilia Wu, Internationalisation Manager for the College of Human and Health Sciences said: “It was a pleasure to welcome Professor Hu and Professor Kou to the College, following a number of visits to North Sichuan Medical College (NSMC) when I have been on business in China. The visit has been very positive and we have been able to further develop our partnership with NSMC. Both visitors have a particular interest in Nursing, Public Health and Ageing studies, and we look forward to welcoming them back to the College in a weeks’ time to conduct hospital visits.”
