Fill in, one by one, the personal details of the attendees. Please make sure that the email address of each registration matches the one used for submitting the Abstract. Otherwise we will not be able to include the abstract in the Conference Proceedings.
*Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time University student.
The conference fees for delegates and students include:
Registration, welcome pack and proceedings.
Morning tea/coffee, lunch and afternoon tea/coffee both on Thursday 9th April 2015 and Friday 10th April 2015.
Welcome reception on Wednesday 8th April 2015 and Conference dinner on Thursday 9th April 2015.
The conference fees for accompanying persons include the Welcome reception on Wednesday 8th April 2015 and Conference dinner on Thursday 9th April 2015.
Please note that extended abstracts will only be included in the Conference proceedings if the fees are paid.
Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of £100 if the refund request is sent by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat by 7th March 2015. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
