We love to stay connected with you as our Engineering and Sports Science Graduates and find out how you’re doing. Take a look below at the ways we can continue to work together and how our team can continue to support you.
Graduate Outcomes (previously known as DLHE) is a national survey, gathering information on graduate activities, along with their perspectives, 15 months after completing their studies.
It is important that all graduates complete this as it will feed into the metrics used by prospective students when deciding which universities to apply for and will of course influence the rankings and reputation of your alma mater.
You will receive an email from Graduate Outcomes inviting you to complete the survey online. You may also be contacted by telephone and asked to complete the survey over the phone. If you are not contactable, information may be sought from a third party, such as a family member (e.g. a parent or sibling) using a number that you provided to the University (such as a home or next of kin number) if they have a good understanding of what you are doing.
RESOURCES AND SUPPORT FOR GRADUATES
Swansea Uni Connect is a platform which enables our graduates to keep in touch and also allows our alumni to offer support to graduates looking for connections or opportunities in the job market. Not only does the site feature a tailored jobs feed to your discipline, alumni are offering introductions to their connections, answering industry specific questions, opening doors at their workplace or even just meeting (remotely) for a coffee.
We hope that you’ll join and reconnect with the Swansea alumni community!
Swansea Employability Academy are also available to provide support, up to two years after graduation. They offer careers information, advice and guidance from qualified, impartial Careers Consultants who are available in person, over the phone, via Skype or email. Find out more here.
We are still here to support you as and when you need it. We can help with CVs and Applications, Interviews and Assessment Centres and also add you to our distribution list to send you graduate opportunities. Contact us anytime for support on email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
