In order to support the growth of our leaders, we offer the Swansea Leadership Programme, a range of essential modules with which all leaders are expected to engage to ensure they can deliver high impact, quality work in a way that fosters creativity, teamwork and collective achievement, while also recognising and developing individual contribution.
Depending on grade and role expectations, it consists of:
- Expected skilling via CORE and ENHANCED leadership modules
- 360 leadership feedback, based on our leadership expectations at Swansea
- Individual Professional Development (e.g. coaching, mentoring, work shadowing and external development), identified through the PDR
