Trosolwg o'r Cwrs

Y cwrs gradd BSc Rheoli Busnes ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe yw'r rhaglen fwyaf sefydledig yn yr Ysgol Reolaeth, ac mae'n enwog am greu rheolwyr busnes hynod fedrus sy'n meddwl yn fasnachol. Mae ein graddedigion wedi symud ymlaen i weithio i rai o'r cwmnïau mwyaf yn y byd, gan gynnwys Shell UK, Marks & Spencer, Bloomberg a Tata.

Mae'r cwrs Rheoli Busnes ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe yn gwrs gradd hyblyg sy'n rhoi cyfle i chi astudio dramor am flwyddyn neu weithio mewn diwydiant am flwyddyn. Gall hyn ehangu eich gorwelion pan ddaw'n amser i chi ddod o hyd i waith.

Mae detholiad eang o fodiwlau dewisol yn yr ail a'r drydedd flwyddyn yn eich galluogi i lywio'r cwrs gradd tuag at eich nodau gyrfa penodol.

Ymhlith y llwybrau gradd arbenigol sydd ar gael mae Dadansoddeg Busnes, e-Fusnes, Entrepreneuriaeth, Rheoli Adnoddau Dynol, Ymgynghoriaeth Rheoli a Thwristiaeth.

Caiff yr addysgu ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe ei lywio'n rhannol gan ymchwil ac mae gan ein staff brofiad ymarferol o ddamcaniaeth ac ymarfer, sy'n golygu y gallwch gael budd o'u harbenigedd academaidd a'u gwybodaeth am y byd go iawn.

Fel arfer, mae cynigion ar gyfer rhaglenni yn yr Ysgol Reolaeth o fewn yr ystod 'ABB-BBB' neu gyfwerth.

Sut fyddwch chi'n cael eich dysgu

Addysgu
Mae'r Ysgol Reolaeth yn defnyddio amrywiaeth o ddulliau addysgu drwy ddarlithoedd wythnosol a seminarau. 

O ddechrau eich gradd, cewch eich trwytho yn ein hymchwil arloesol ac addysgu a arweinir gan y diwydiant, a byddwch yn cael pob cyfle i ddatblygu sgiliau trosglwyddadwy allweddol tra'n cyflawni'r deilliannau dysgu a nodir ym maes llafur y modiwl

Mae'r prosiect Blwyddyn Olaf yn yr adran Fusnes yn cynnwys gweithio gyda busnes go iawn ar aseiniad ymchwil y diwydiant

Asesiad
Defnyddir amrywiaeth o ddulliau asesu gwahanol yn cynnwys aseiniadau unigol, gwaith grŵp, cyflwyniadau, adroddiadau busnes ac arholiadau.

Darpariaeth Gymraeg

Mae hawl gennych i ysgrifennu a chyflwyno eich gwaith cwrs ac i sefyll eich arholiadau yn y Gymraeg, hyd yn oed os ydych wedi dewis dilyn modiwlau cyfrwng Saesneg. Hefyd mae’n bosib i chi ddewis cael cyfweliad trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg wrth ymgeisio am le.

Darperir rhai elfennau o’r cwrs hwn trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg ond nid oes digon o ddarpariaeth eto i gyrraedd 40 credyd ym mhob blwyddyn. Bydd parhau i astudio trwy’r Gymraeg wedi i chi adael yr ysgol neu’r coleg yn ddatblygiad naturiol i chi ac yn fodd o sicrhau eich cyfle i gael yr addysg orau. Bydd hefyd yn ychwanegiad gwerthfawr i’ch CV a’ch datblygiad gyrfaol. Mae cyfleoedd ar gael i fyfyrwyr sy’n rhugl ac yn hyderus yn yr iaith yn ogystal ag i’r rhai sy’n llai hyderus neu sy’n ddysgwyr. Mae’n bosibl hefyd ddewis dosbarthiadau seminar a thiwtorial cyfrwng Cymraeg ar gyfer modiwlau sy’n cael eu dysgu yn bennaf drwy gyfrwng y Saesneg.

Beth yw cwrs achrededig?
Un sydd wedi'i gymeradwyo gan y corff proffesiynol perthnasol fel un sy'n bodloni ei safonau ansawdd. Mae'n amlygu cyswllt agos rhwng diwydiant a'ch cwrs, gan ddod ag ymarfer arloesol go iawn yn rhan o'ch astudiaethau. Drwy gyfrif tuag at gymwysterau a chofrestriadau proffesiynol, gall cyrsiau achrededig helpu i'ch rhoi ar lwybr cyflym i'ch dewis lwybr gyrfa.

Beth yw manteision Achrediadau Proffesiynol?
- Achub y blaen: Bydd graddau achrededig proffesiynol yn eich eithrio rhag arholiadau/cymwysterau proffesiynol cam cynnar penodol sy'n golygu y gallwch achub y blaen yn eich gyrfa.
- Cymorth: Cofrestrwch ar gyfer aelodaeth myfyriwr a manteisiwch ar gymorth gyrfa corff achrededig yn ogystal â chysylltiadau gyda chymheiriaid ac arbenigwyr. Mae'n edrych yn dda ar eich CV ac mae'n eich helpu i baratoi ar gyfer cyflogaeth.

Cymorth Academaidd

Yn ogystal â chymorth pwnc penodol gan staff addysgu'r coleg a'ch mentor academaidd personol, mae'r Ganolfan Llwyddiant Academaidd yn darparu cyrsiau, gweithdai a chymorth un-i-un mewn meysydd fel:

Yn ogystal, os oes gennych Anhawster Dysgu Penodol (ADP/SpLD), anabledd, cyflwr iechyd meddwl neu gyflwr meddygol, mae gan y Ganolfan Llwyddiant Academaidd Diwtoriaid Arbenigol i gefnogi'ch dysgu. Bydd y tiwtoriaid yn gweithio ochr yn ochr â'r Swyddfa Anabledd a'r Gwasanaeth Lles i gefnogi eich holl anghenion a gofynion tra byddwch yn astudio ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe.

Cyfleoedd Byd-eang

Efallai bod gennych eisoes y cyfle i astudio neu weithio dramor fel rhan o’ch gradd, ond gallwch hefyd ystyried rhaglen haf ryngwladol.

Mae'r rhaglenni ar agor i fyfyrwyr israddedig y Brifysgol ac ymhlith yr opsiynau mae teithiau astudio a diwylliannol, rhaglenni gwirfoddoli ac interniaethau ledled gwledydd tramor fel Tsieina, Sambia, De Corea, Siapan, Ewrop a Chanada. Fel rheol, mae rhaglenni dros gyfnod o 2 – 6 wythnos ac mae cyllid ar gael. Am fwy o wybodaeth ewch i Rhaglenni Haf.

Blwyddyn Dramor

Gallwch astudio amrywiad Blwyddyn Dramor ein cwrs, sef cwrs gradd pedair blynedd sy’n cynnwys blwyddyn yn astudio yn un o'n sefydliadau partner rhyngwladol. Drwy ddewis yr opsiwn hwn gallwch ddatblygu eich sgiliau cyfathrebu, gwella eich ymwybyddiaeth ddiwylliannol a gallwch hyd yn oed ddod yn rhugl mewn iaith dramor cyn i chi raddio.

Gallwch drosglwyddo i'r opsiwn Blwyddyn Dramor o'ch cwrs gradd israddedig unrhyw bryd yn ystod eich blwyddyn gyntaf o astudio. Siaradwch â'n Tîm Lleoliadau am eich opsiynau a phenderfynu ai Blwyddyn Dramor yw'r dewis cywir i chi.

Caiff cyfleoedd astudio dramor eu rheoli ar y cyd â Thîm Ewch yn Fyd-eang Prifysgol Abertawe. Dysgu mwy am eich cyfleoedd i astudio dramor.

Blwyddyn mewn Diwydiant

Gallwch gwblhau ein gradd amrywiol Blwyddyn mewn Diwydiant, sef cwrs gradd pedair blynedd gyda lleoliad gwaith blwyddyn o hyd, mewn diwydiant o'ch dewis chi. Byddwch yn ennill profiad diwydiant go iawn, rhwydweithio a chydweithio â gweithwyr busnes blaenllaw, gan roi eich gwybodaeth ddamcaniaethol ar waith mewn ffordd ymarferol yn y gweithle.

Nid oes angen i chi benderfynu ar eich llwybr lleoliad dewisol pan fyddwch yn gwneud cais, gallwch benderfynu ar hynny yn ystod blwyddyn gyntaf eich astudiaethau.
