If this were to happen we will contact you immediately with appropriate details
The University will contact any affected organisations with information on building closures and the impact.
Pleae note that the majority of our buildings are now closed. Exceptions are those delivering business critical services, or engaged in work that is helping the effort against coronavirus, e.g. research. Please see the University and General Q&As for more detail.
The majority of our buildings, including labs, will be completely closed, and all staff who can are working from home.
Exceptions are those people delivering business critical services, or who are engaged in work that is helping the effort against coronavirus (e.g. research, the production of hand sanitisers).
All travel and access must be appropriately authorised via Heads of College or Directors of Professional Services. This will serve as proof should you be challenged about the necessity of your journey.

Approvers will return the form to you and also copy our security supervisors firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the log of people on site is up to date.
