All staff who can work from home should now be doing so.
For people who cannot work from home, we are asking local management to work with the individual to agree how they are best protected. We will deal with this sympathetically, on a case-by-case basis, considering individual circumstances.
Staff have been encouraged to discuss any underlying health conditions with their manager, so that you are aware of their circumstances, can support them appropriately and discuss any personal needs as this situation develops.
People who have weakened immune systems or underlying chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes or heart disease and are concerned about coronavirus, should continue to take their normal precautions and may wish to contact their GP. If people with long-term conditions have concerns that they may have the coronavirus, they should check NHS 111 online or NHS Wales Direct to find out what to do next.
