As we reluctantly had to postpone the Summer 2021 graduation ceremonies, we want to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your achievements and hard work during your time at Swansea University.

On this page, alongside the link to your subject-specific celebratory messages, you will find messages from the Vice-Chancellor and the Students’ Union President as well as other information we thought might be of interest to you.

Swansea Employability Academy

Congratulations Class of 2021! You did it! However, your journey with Swansea University does not necessarily end here. The Swansea University Employability Academy (SEA) is here to support you as you take those all-important, first steps into the world of work. Please visit our SEA webpages for full information on how we can support you, including:

Paid and unpaid internships for up to 15 months after you graduate
A free digital jobs board, called Employment Zone, for you to apply for internships, work placements, graduate jobs, part-time work and volunteering, including overseas opportunities
Employability events, such as our Annual Careers Fair, open to all alumni; enabling you to further develop your skills and network with graduate recruiters
Careers information, advice and guidance from qualified, impartial Careers Consultants, available in person, over the phone, via Skype or email, for up to two years following graduation. Appointments can be requested via the email address below

Innovation and Enterprise

Many Swansea graduates go on to start their very own enterprises in a variety of sectors. We offer continued support and provide access routes to funding and can put you in touch with our partner organisations such as Big Ideas Wales, Business Wales and more.
