The Student Support Services Department offers a 'one-stop-shop' to provide all students with information, advice and support. The Department comprises:
You will find details of these individual services by browsing the links on the left-hand side.
We also work in close co-operation with the Academic Schools, Residential Services, Careers Advisory Service, Chaplaincy, Mosque, Health Centre, Kee Dental Surgery, Discovery, Athletic Union and last but not least the Students’ Union.
Whether you have a general enquiry, a specific problem or you just need to talk things through, the Student Support Services reception is a good place to start. You will get a friendly greeting and a sympathetic ear as well as the information and support you need.
We can provide information leaflets on a wide range of topics as well as general advice. If your query cannot be dealt with immediately, an appointment will be made for you with one of our team of specialist advisers who offer a professional and confidential service.
We also provide a referral service, so if we can’t provide the help you need, we’ll find someone who can.
