Professor Jukka Snell

Specialist Subjects: EU Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property

Professor of European Law

Research Interests

My research interest is in European Law, in particular the law of the Internal Market. I am seeking to understand the basic tensions and principles underpinning the law, using tools like the economic analysis of the law and comparative method to tease out the constitutional dimensions in the seemingly technical subject of EU trade law.
