NEW! Zumba Stong
A music-Led Interval Training class. In every session, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.

Barbell Blast
A dynamic full body workout using barbells, steps and resistance moves!

Rebalance & restore- for all levels! Our hatha yoga sessions are suitable for beginners to the more experienced yogi.

Titan Conditioning
The ultimate full body conditioning group session, using kettlebells, sleds, tractor tyres, med balls, ropes, prowlers, body weight exercises and more.

A cycling class combining hill climbs and sprints. Work at your own pace!

Fitness Yoga
A progressive & challenging Yoga class.

A fun & challenging full body workout.

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.

Pavilion Gym & Studio

Our pavilion studio and gym is home to the Sports Village's fitness classes. Just a five minute walk from singleton campus, the facilities allow you to squeeze some activity into even the busisest of schedules.

Spin Studio

Containing an impressive 22 bikes for users, this fully air-conditioned venue is a popular venue for Spin Class regulars. The studio is also available for 'Walk-In' use by individuals looking to train alone to their own regime or following instructions from one of our DVD instructional videos!

Sports Hall

Home to some of our larger classes such as Step, Barbell Blast and Zumba, the Sports Hall is the perfect setting for the large scale group activities that require a lot of free space!

Easyline / Circuit

The EasyLine Room contains the TechnoGym E‌asyline range of equipment. It is designed for beginners, the elderly, and people who are unfamiliar or intimidated by traditional machines, as well as for those who want to feel engaged with innovation and performance

With nine different machines that create a complete training circuit for cardiovascular exercise and basic strength training. Arms or legs? Step, squats, or abdominals?

It only takes one look at the equipment to understand the dynamics and mechanisms: it only takes a moment to get into the right position and get started with your workout.

With its refined, modern style, the machines in the Easy Line do not need to be adjusted to different positions or levels of resistance, and can immediately accommodate every physical build and offer resistance proportional to the speed of movement.
