3rd year PhD Candidate
My research lies in the area of adaptations in business organisations, particularly how sales organisations strategically manage and adapt their sales processes in the face of increasing uncertainties and complexities in business to business (B2B) sales contexts. I am currently researching “Critical predictors of effective strategic sales process adaptations”; a scantily explored area of strategic sales process research.
I have presented parts of my research work in various conferences including Doctoral Colloquium at Loughborough University (January 2016); Swansea University Three Minute Thesis Challenge (May 2016); Doctoral Colloquium at Swansea School of Management (June 216); Doctoral Symposium at British Academy of Management, Newcastle Business School (September, 2016). I am in the process of publishing a monograph titled “Organisational Adaptations: Towards a Pluralistic Perspective”.
I have also attended conferences and workshops organised by Swansea Postgraduate Research Team; British Academy of Management and IFIP WG 6.11. I hold an MBA from Swansea School of Management and also a member of the British Academy of Management. I enjoy reading, networking and watching football.
My experience in Swansea School of Management has been awesome. I found members of staff both academic and non-academic very helpful and heart-warming; I am optimistic prospective PhD students in Swansea School of Management will experience a memorable research and hugely beneficial research environment.
Having worked for over 15 years in commercial industry covering areas including agriculture, e- commerce, sales and banking; I intend to transit into the academia where my passion lies.
