The School of Management provides a supportive and friendly environment for our thriving community of doctoral students from Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Our PhD and MPhil students work closely with and are supported by the School's academic staff and have exclusive use of our Graduate Research Centre with office space, common room and kitchen facilities.
Choose your subject
You'll spend at least three years researching your PhD (two for an MPhil) and produce a dissertation of around 100,000 words (60,000 words for an MPhil , so choose your area of study carefully! Click the buttons for full course information.
Prepare a proposal and identify a supervisor
You'll need to put together a detailed research proposal, bringing together your ideas into a coherent form. Guidance is available here. You'll also need to identifying a potential supervisor from our academic staff, many of whom are globally recognised leaders in their fields.
