“The group of students assisting us (Fossit Tremlow) were first class. I would have absolutely no problem giving any of them a personal recommendation for either further education or a job in their chosen profession. I will be seeking them out for any of my clients who require expert assistance in the future.” – Jeff Bear, Fossit Tremlow
If your organisation has project work that needs completing, or a short-term vacancy that needs to be filled, why not take advantage of our Placements scheme. Placements run for 12 months and during that year the student will take full advantage to showcase their abilities, embracing the opportunity to work on this larger project and fully immersing themselves within your company. They gain greater knowledge and real-world experience, you gain a bright and ambitious mind to help you generate new ideas and potentially find a future graduate recruit.
The School of Management is proud to take part in the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) scheme. Each KTP is a three-way partnership between your organisation, our School and one of our graduates. We employ the graduate, but they work for you, bringing new skills and knowledge to your company. KTP’s can last for between 12 and 36 months, depending on the project and needs of your business.
For more information on KTP’s, please visit http://ktp.innovateuk.org/ and https://www.gov.uk/guidance/knowledge-transfer-partnerships-what-they-are-and-how-to-apply
