GENCAS - the Centre for Gender, Culture and Society, will hold a conference on "Protean Desires: Queering the Body, Transforming the Text" in the Abbey Building at Swansea University on 22 April 2016.
The conference will explore gender fluidity and queer theory across disciplines and historical periods.
The conference keynote paper will be given by Professor Stephen Guy-Bray, (University of British Columbia), and his paper will be entitled ‘The Location of Queerness’.
