Unfair Practice Procedure

These regulations have now been updated for the 2012/13 academic session.
Definitions of Unfair Practice and the procedures and penalties that will apply if a student is caught and found guilty of cheating during the course of their studies.
These procedures are applicable to cases of unfair practice involving Swansea University students and joint cases involving Swansea University students and ICWS students. Cases of unfair practice involving ICWS students only shall be dealt with by ICWS.
