The Professional Services Review (PSR)
Focus of Review:
- Working smarter with existing resources
- Challenging traditional processes and ways of working
- Creating a more efficient and effective environment
- Building on teamwork. The review is intended to improve the ways in which we conduct our business that will benefit students, service users and other customers.
Phases 1 and 2 have been completed so far covering staff associated with the departments of Research Engagement Innovation Service, Academic Services & Academic Partnerships, Human Resources, Finance and the functions of Recruitment, Admissions & Internationalisation in Marketing. To continue to build on the recent successes within the Estates and Facilities Management (E&FM) directorate, Phase 3 will support the further development and shaping of the E&FM teams and functions to improve processes and cross-University collaborations. Phase 3 will commence in September 2016, with the aim of being completed by June 2017.
