Focus of Review:

  1. Working smarter with existing resources
  2. Challenging traditional processes and ways of working
  3. Creating a more efficient and effective environment
  4. Building on teamwork. The review is intended to improve the ways in which we conduct our business that will benefit students, service users and other customers.

Phases 1 and 2 have been completed so far covering staff associated with the departments of Research Engagement Innovation Service, Academic Services & Academic Partnerships, Human Resources, Finance and the functions of Recruitment, Admissions & Internationalisation in Marketing. To continue to build on the recent successes within the Estates and Facilities Management (E&FM) directorate, Phase 3 will support the further development and shaping of the E&FM teams and functions to improve processes and cross-University collaborations. Phase 3 will commence in September 2016, with the aim of being completed by June 2017.
