Soapbox Science Swansea comes to the city this weekend, an event which aims to challenge traditional science stereotypes and raise the profile of women in science, technology, engineering, maths and medicine (STEMM).
Date: Saturday 6th June
Time: 12 noon and 4 pm
Venue: 360 Beach and Watersports Cafe,
Swansea Bay will provide the beautiful backdrop to Soapbox Science Swansea 2015 which features women from around Wales who are at the forefront of science and technology.
There will be 16 speakers from Swansea, Cardiff, Bangor and Aberystwyth Universities, who will bring science to life for the cyclists, joggers, dog walkers and families out and about in Swansea Bay.
