The next in the series of free community lectures organised by the Department of Adult Continuing Education (DACE) at Swansea University takes place later this month.

Lecture title: Is the state responsible for our children?

Lecture summary: This lecture will look at the way in which the state has shifted its role in relation to childcare, from one of neutrality to one of intervention in standards of child care and parenting.
