Undergraduate visiting students – Students currently enrolled on an undergraduate programme at another Institution wishing to visit Swansea should contact International Development Office for further details.
Academic members of staff from another Institution wishing to visit should contact our relevant Human Resources Business Partner, please visit our Swansea University College/School Business partner teams webpages.
‘Work Placement’ Visitors should contact the above relevant Business Partner for further details.

Q. Can the English Language entry requirement be waived?
A. No, University and UKVI regulations do not allow for the above to be waived.
Q. How long before my planned visit should I apply?
A. We recommend a minimum of 3 months to allow for application consideration time, decision transmission, potential English Language testing and visa/travel time.
Q. Can the visit tuition fee be waived?
A. No, we have to apply visit fees unilaterally to all visitors.
