Individuals or Heads of Department who are unhappy with any aspect of the Recruitment and Selection Procedure are asked to contact the Director of Human Resources who will endeavour to explore all relevant issues as quickly as possible and report to the complainant.

If the complainant is not satisfied with the outcome they may refer the matter to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Administration).
