What to do when you arrive

On arrival at the Swansea University campus, please make your way to the Registration and Reception marquees located outside Fulton House (building 17 on the Campus Map)  in the centre of the campus, from where you can collect a programme and other information about Swansea University.

Please print off your ticket from the Open Day booking form before you arrive. This will allow you to use our express registration on your arrival, and have an easier start to your day.

The Reception marquee is open from 9:30am to 4:00pm, and staff here will be able to assist you with any issues you may have during your visit.

Getting around

Swansea University is located in a compact campus location, and therefore you should be able to walk to any part of the campus within 10 minutes. Tours to the University Sports Village will involve a walk of between 10 and 15 minutes. A bus service will operate to take visitors to our off-campus accommodation at Hendrefoelan Student Village, tickets for this service are available from the Reception marquee.

Open Day car parking is located at the Recreation Ground Car Park, approximately an 800m walk from the centre of campus. A shuttle bus will be in operation for visitors who wish to use this service. More information is available on the Open Day Parking Instructions

What to bring

The only thing that we ask you to bring with you is your printed Open Day ticket, available to print from the Open Day Booking Form. You may also want to bring a pen and some paper to make notes during the day.

Safety Arrangements

To ensure your safety during the day please adhere to any warning or safety notices and signs.
