Applicant visit day directions and parking

Singleton Park Campus - Wednesday and Saturday Visit Days

If you are studying Engineering (all disciplines), Sport and Exercise Science, Business, Economics or Accounting and Finance, you will be invited to attend an Applicant Visit Day on the Bay Campus. Please scroll down below to see information on the Bay Campus.

If you are visiting on a Wednesday

(a) By Car (Singleton Park Campus)

All visitors please use the Park and Ride scheme operating from the Liberty Stadium. 

From the M4 Motorway:

Leave the motorway at J45, taking the A4067.
After 0.2 miles, at the roundabout take the 1st exit on to A4067.
After 1.4 miles, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on the A4067.
The Liberty Stadium will soon appear on your left - continue to the next roundabout and take 1st exit (A4217) and immediately prepare to turn left on to Brunel Way. After a short distance take the 1st left at the mini roundabout and follow the road left immediately afterwards keeping the stadium on your right hand side as you drive along the side of the west stand.
At the top of the road you will be guided by signs/ambassadors on arrival, to park and catch your Park and Ride coach to the Bay Campus.
Park and Ride coaches will depart at regular between 0900 and 1200 from the Liberty Stadium and return from the campus to the Liberty Stadium between 1500 and 1630.

(b) By Train (Singleton Park Campus)

Student Ambassadors will meet you on the Swansea Railway station concourse and guide you to the University shuttle bus service to the campus. Free buses will depart from the station at 0915, 1015, 1115 and 1215.
Coaches will return from the Singleton Park Campus to Swansea Railway station at 1515, 1545, 1615 and 1630.
In addition, taxis (fare charged) and local buses are available from/to Swansea Railway station for those preferring to use these services. Please click here for full details and timetables. 

(c) By Coach (Singleton Park Campus)

Coaches arrive in to the Quadrant Bus Station. From here, there are a range of buses available to the Singleton Park Campus at regular intervals. Please click here for full details and timetables. 

If you are visiting on a Saturday

(a) By Car (Singleton Park Campus)

Parking is available on the campus. For SatNav users, the Singleton Park Campus postcode is SA2 8PP.

From the Motorway:

Leave the M4 motorway at J42 (A483 Swansea) to join Fabian Way following signs to the city centre.
Continue west for 6.5 miles (A483) following signs for Oystermouth/Gower.
After passing the traffic lights west of St Helens rugby/cricket ground (right hand side), move into the offside lane ready to turn right in to the University at the next traffic lights.
Signs/ambassadors will guide you to a parking space on arrival. 

(b) By Train (Singleton Park Campus)

Student Ambassadors will meet you on the Swansea Railway station concourse and guide you to the University shuttle bus service to the campus. Free buses will depart from the station at 0915, 1015, 1115 and 1215. Coaches will return from the Singleton Park Campus to Swansea Railway station at 1515, 1545, 1615 and 1630.

Bay Campus Wednesday and Saturday Visit Days

If you are visiting on a Wednesday

(a) By Car (Bay Campus)

All visitors please use the Park and Ride scheme operating from the Liberty Stadium.

From the Motorway:

Leave the motorway at J45, taking the A4067.

Parking is available on the campus. For SatNav users, the Bay Campus postcode is SA1 8EN.

From the Motorway:

Leave the M4 motorway at J42 (A483 Swansea) to join Fabian Way following signs for the city centre.
The Bay Campus will appear on your left after passing Amazon warehouse (on your right).
Entry is via a traffic controlled junction.
Signs/ambassadors will guide you to a parking space on arrival.

(b) By Train (Bay Campus)

Student Ambassadors will meet you on the Swansea Railway station concourse and guide you to the University shuttle bus service to the campus. Free buses will depart from the station at 0915, 1015, 1115 and 1215.
