Arrival by Car

If you are arriving by car, the University will be providing a park and ride service from Fabian Way park and ride site on the east of Swansea near Junction 42 of the M4. Coaches will depart from the site at 9:20, 9:40, 10:00 and 12:00. 

Coaches will return visitors from the University to the park and ride from 3:00pm until 4:30pm (inclusive.) 

Student Ambassadors (identifiable by their red t-shirts) and staff will be available at the park and ride to assist visitors when they arrive. 

For sat-nav users, the postcode of the site is SA1 8LD. Please note: the park and ride site is operated by Swansea Council who charge approximately £3.50 per vehicle. 

Parking on the University's campus is only available for disabled visitors and the University advises that you use the park and ride service provided. 

Arrival by Train

If you are arriving by train, Student Ambassadors will meet you on the concourse of Swansea Railway Station and direct you to the University's shuttle bus service that goes directly to the campus. Buses depart from the station at 9:15, 10:15, 11:15 and 12:15.

Coaches will return from the campus to the station at 15:15, 15:45, 16:15, 16:30 and 16:45.

Arrival by Car


If you are arriving by car, visitors are advised to use the Recreation Ground car park located a 3-minute walk to the east of the University campus. Please note that this is a council operated car park and a charge of approximately £3.50 per car applies. Once filled, visitors will be directed to alternative nearby parking. 

Student Ambassadors (identifiable by their red t-shirts) will be at the car park throughout the morning to direct visitors to the Visit Day Reception. 

For sat-nav users, the postcode of the car park site is: SA2 0AT. 

Arrival by Train

If you are arriving by train, Student Ambassadors will meet you on the concourse of Swansea Railway Station and direct you to the University's shuttle bus service that goes directly to the campus. Buses depart from the station at 9:45am, 10:45am, and 11:45am. 

Visitors will be issued a free ticket to return to the Railway Station on the No.4 FTR (purple) bus that departs from the University.

Please also inform the department you are visiting if you require a disabled parking space so they can make arrangements with Security on campus.
