    Swansea University hosts one day bootcamp for business

    A series of one day bootcamps sponsored by the Welsh Government, for small businesses that want to grow their business fast online are being held across Wales – including Swansea University.

    The free bootcamps will be led by and draw on the expertise of Doug Richard – serial entrepreneur, Founder of School for Startups and Dragons’ Den entrepreneur. 

    A series of practical classes will immerse you in the strategies, tools and techniques required to find and close customers via the internet, and manage your business more effectively using web-based tools and solutions.

    School for Startups targets those looking to start a business within the next 12 months, those trading for five years or less and established businesses trading for more than five years.

    The bootcamps will be held as follows:

    • Tuesday 21st June – UWIC Management School, Cardiff
    • Wednesday 22nd June – Swansea University, hosted by the School of Business and Economics
    • Thursday 24th June – Technium Optic, St Asaph
