Other: Professor Tettenborn is a Professor of private and commercial law at Swansea University, having recently joined the university from the University of Exeter. He is well known in both common law and continental European jurisdictions, is author and co-author of a number of books on torts, damages and maritime law. In addition he has published numerous journal articles and book chapters on aspects of common law, commercial law and restitution.
