Investing time in understanding how effective your web presence is can enable you to see what you’re doing right and, more importantly, whether your website is failing to deliver the business value you demand.

Guest speaker Vicky Brock will examine the use of customer insights and web data like Google Analytics to look forward, as well as back. This means more action, better business decisions and fewer 20 page reports that nobody reads.

Vicky will also use real examples to demonstrate how small businesses can use the data they have to make practical short-term predictions - and take positive actions as a result.

Co-founder of customer insight and analytics agency Highland Business Research, Vicky is also a Board Director of the Web Analytics Association, a WAA Certified Web Analyst, a Google Analytics Certified Partner and Seminar for Success Leader.

She is also Associate Lecturer in Web Analytics for the University of British Columbia and Course Director of eMarketing for the University of the Highlands and Islands.
