Presented by:  Bridget Penhale, Reader in Gerontology at the University of Sheffield

Bridget Penhale has published extensively on the abuse of older adults.  She was Scientific Advisor on the Department of Health-funded 'Abuse, Neglect and Loss of Dignity' research programme, conducted a European Commission-funded review of elder abuse, and is currently working on the ESRC-funded 'Detecting and preventing financial abuse of older adults' project.
