Invited speakers at this forum will be Sara Thomas from Swanturbines Ltd and Rob Bousie from the Marine Energy Research Group at Swansea University.

Swanturbines Ltd (http://www.swanturbines.co.uk), is a spin out company from the School of Engineering and is based on campus in the Digital Technium.  The company retains close links with the University through collaboration with the Marine Energy Research Group in the School of Engineering.  Sara and Rob’s presentation will focus on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of the proposed tidal energy turbines.
