DACE BA Honours (Part-Time) Degree Programme Open Days
Swansea University Department of Adult Continuing Education’s (DACE's) unique part-time degree programme in humanities has been running for almost 20 years and is open to people who, because of work, family or other commitments, are not able to embark on full-time study.
Prospective students do not usually need formal qualifications and many are eligible for full or partial financial support to cover course fees, travel, books and childcare. For some the course can be free.
A humanities degree or a degree in English, History or Ancient History (dependent on courses taken) can be studied during the day and/or evening at Swansea University campus and at many community venues in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire, and Pembrokeshire.
Students can choose to mix and match venues if so desired. A range of study skills support is available to students before and during their studies. Educational and careers guidance is offered to all students by DACE's guidance team.
A series of open days and evenings are taking place at the following venues during October:
Tenby:
Tenby Community Learning Centre – 23rd October, 2-7pm
