External auditors have commended the School's provision for students with disabilities or learning difficulties.
The School of Law has a Disability Liaison Officer (Dr Arwel Davies) whose function is to co-ordinate learning support for law students with disabilities or special needs. In particular, the Officer’s role is to:
The School of Law Disability Liaison Officer works with academic and administrative colleagues in the Law School, and in other Departments in which law students study. He also works with colleagues in the Disability Office, the Recording Centre for the Blind, the Careers Centre, and in Library and Information Services.
