Scheme of study in Law
Following a Legal Skills induction, there will be 4 compulsory modules: Public Law (30 credits), Law of Tort (30 credits), Law of Contract (30 credits) and European Union Law (Credits 30).
3 compulsory modules: Law of Property I (Land Law) (30 credits), Law of Property II (Equity & Trusts) (30 credits), Criminal Law (30 Credits).
30 credits’ worth of optional modules from those listed below.
To obtain a Joint Honours LLB you must accumulate 360 credits in 3 years of study. 120 credits are taken each year. All Joint Honours students follow the same basic schemes of study*:
*Schemes combining Law with a European Language are four years in duration, year three being an intercalatory year.
