Degree Schemes available to Undergraduates at Swansea
Those students who enter the School of Law at Level 1 will follow a revised curriculum for its LLB programmes which sets it apart from most other UK Law schools and has been designed to provide greater choice and opportunity. For single honours students, this will be most evident at Level 3 which will be composed entirely of optional modules. Final year students will therefore be able to ‘specialise’ by selecting to study related options, e.g. commercial subjects such as Commercial Law, E-Commerce and Intellectual Property Law, or they may simply ‘pick and mix’. For Joint Honours students, the aim is to provide a significantly improved level of choice at Level 3 while ensuring that students meet the required 180 credit threshold to achieve a Qualifying Law Degree.
