Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW), a leading international law firm, enjoys close links with the Postgraduate Legal Studies Department at Swansea and the Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law.
Recognising the quality of Swansea LLM students, the Firm has recently introduced three awards: the Holman Fenwick Willan Prize for the best student performance in Carriage of Goods by Land, Sea and Air (awarded to Mr Jack Lavalett in 2015); the Holman Fenwick Willan Prize for best student performance in Admiralty Law (awarded to Mr Sebastian Trigub in 2015); and the Holman Fenwick Willan Prize for best student performance in Oil and Gas Law (awarded to Ms Ayodele Ikhaghe in 2015).

Speaking at the Award Ceremony which was held at the London headquarters of the firm on 23 June, Richard Neylon, HFW Partner, said: "We are extremely proud to support the future generation of shipping and trade lawyers through these awards. We have strong ties with Swansea and hold the LLM degrees they offer in highest esteem. I am happy to confirm that Holman Fenwick Willan will continue to sponsor these awards for the 2015-16 academic year"
