    Law Student is awarded the Sir Samuel Evans Prize

    One of our Law Students Florian Schacker who graduated last Summer in LLB Law and Economics has been awarded the Sir Samuel Evans Prize worth £2,000 which is awarded to those students who achieved the highest standard in Examination.  Florian is continuing his studies at Swansea studying the LLM in International Commercial and Maritime Law. Andrew Beale, O.B.E. said ‘he is delighted that Florian has been recognised by Swansea University as the worthy recipient of this prestigious award.’ 

    After receiving the award Florian commented ‘I was delighted to receive this award while studying my undergraduate degree at Swansea University.  I have thoroughly enjoyed studying at the School of Law and have found studying here very rewarding’.




    Dr Stuart Macdonald added that ‘the School congratulates Florian on this outstanding achievement.  Florian is a hard-working and exceptionally able student, and fully deserves this accolade’.
