Description of the Service

PebblePlus is the University’s electronic portfolio and personal reflective space that can be used from anywhere, at any time of the day or night.

PebblePlus is widely used as a way to reflect upon your learning, work collaboratively and create an electronic portfolio.

PebblePlus can be accessed via Blackboard or directly here

Logging on – students:

Your user name is your student ID number

Use your normal University password.

Logging on – staff:

Your user name is the first part of your Swansea University email address, before the @ symbol

Use your normal University password.

How to get help

The University’s knowledgebase is here, and is a good starting point to help resolve any queries you may have.

Alternatively, if you need assistance or would like to report an issue, please contact the ISS Customer Service Team on 01792 (29)5500,  log a call through our Service Desk or visit the Information Desks in the Singleton Park or Bay Libraries.

This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

The support is offered by the Customer Service Team, whose hours vary across the academic year – these can be found here.

More complex queries that the Customer Service Team are unable to resolve will be dealt with between 9.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday.
