Description of the service

MyUni is an online Information hub for current students at Swansea University

For students it includes :

  • Log in access to email and Blackboard
  • Information regarding PSUs, exams, student charter etc
  • News and promotions
  • MyUniExperience feedback portal on all aspects of University life

For staff it includes (but is not limited to)

  • Information on PSUs
  • Access to student news and information

Logging on :

  • Your user name is your student ID number
  • Use your normal University password


How to get help

The University’s knowledgebase is a good starting point to help resolve any queries you may have.

If your query cannot be addressed via the University’s knowledgebase, then please visit the Service Desk or contact the MyUniHub.

Hours of operation / support

This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

The support is offered by the Customer Service Team, whose hours vary across the academic year – these can be found here.

More complex queries that the Customer Service Team are unable to resolve will be dealt with between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
